John is an experienced, multi disciplined long standing AAPI Certified Practicing Valuer, Certified Development Practitioner and Specialist Retail Valuer. John has a comprehensive understanding of the retail commercial industrial and residential market throughout Sydney’s inner city and inner west, including Sydney’s central coast, Wollongong and Illawarra market.
John has recently completed in excess of 1,200 residential mortgage valuation assessments as an accredited elite residential valuer for major and secondary banks and mortgage aggregators specialising in the premium end of Sydney’s housing market in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, lower north shore, St George and Sutherland Shire. He has a strong appreciation of Sydney’s emerging housing and shopping centre markets, retail and residential hot spots.
John provides advice to a number of multinational retail tenants on, rent review and lease renewal advice including the delivery of occupancy costs and efficiency audits.
JSA also provides advice on development management and land acquisition solutions on medium to large mix use residential development throughout Sydney’s emerging housing precincts in the Waverley, Hurstville, Botany, Liverpool and Blacktown LGA for major Sydney builders and developers.
